  • It is rich in calcium and extremely beneficial for vegans and vegetarians. Thus it aids in keeping the bones strong and prevents conditions like osteoporosis.
  • It is the best source of calcium – 100 grams of ragi contain approximately 350 mg of calcium.
  • As it is rich in iron it gets rid of anemia.
  • Ragi has a cooling tendency, so it is better to have it during hot seasons.

Cooking Instruction 

Step 1

Take 100g of (1cup) of Kamaleya Ragi Dosa mix and add 160ml (1 and ½cup) of water.

Step 2 

Allow the batter to stand for 2 min. 

Step 3

Heat the dosa tava and pour one ladle of batter on the dosa tava and pour 1 tsp of oil and roast both sides on medium flame. 

step 4

For extra flavor, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander or curry leaves.

step 5

Serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
