     Kamaleya’s chickpea pasta is made with a combination of chickpeas, oats and lentils(dal). These ingredients are nutritious and provide the daily required protein for the body. The pasta has a slight nutty and an earthy flavour and can be used for a variety of recipes, from classic pasta dishes to salads. It is also a good option compared to the traditionally made pasta from refined wheat (maida). They are slowly air dried to retain maximum nutrients. Overall a great combination of health and wellness with no compromise on taste and texture.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

   Take 6.5 cup water(600ml) and allow it to boil.

Step 2

    Empty the content of packet 100g pasta, add 1tsp salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

    Drain the water & rinse with cool water.

Step 4

   Heat the oil in a frying pan, add ginger garlic paste & Vegeatables saute and add masala as per your wish and saute well for 5 minutes.

Step 5

   Then add the cooked pasta Into it and toss it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

    Serve it hot.
