Kamaleya’s multi millet pasta is a blend of millets like little millet, kodo millet , jowar and foxtail millet into pasta. They are whole grains and provide more nutrition than traditional pasta made from refined wheat or maida. Millets are known to be rich in iron, zinc, magnesium and potassium which is necessary for our body. This pasta has a high fibre content making it healthy for all age groups. Kamaleya’s pasta is slowly air dried and perfectly made to retain all nutrients. They are also guilt free and have a great taste and texture.

  • Wheat semolina ,Little millet flour ,Kodo millet flour ,Foxtail millet flour ,Jowar flour ,Salt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

  •  Take 6.5 cup water(600ml) and allow it to boil.

Step 2

  • Empty the content of packet 100g pasta, add 1tsp salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

  • Drain the water & rinse with cool water.

Step 4

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add ginger garlic paste & Vegeatables saute and add masala as per your wish and saute well for 5 minutes.

Step 5

  • Then add the cooked pasta Into it and toss it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

  • Serve it hot.
